Do you deliver all over the world?

Yes, we ship internationally!

What are the shipping methods?

There are 3 shipping methods:

- Mondial Relay (available for France and part of the EU). Besides, delivery is free in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (without minimum purchase).

- Colissimo for France and the DOM-TOMs

- Delivengo easy for the EU, Europe and the rest of the world (excluding France and DOM-TOM)

What are the delivery times ?

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours.

Concerning Colissimo, the delivery times are 2 to 4 working days. For Mondial Relay: 3 to 7 working days and Delivengo Easy, count 2 to 5 working days to Europe and 6 to 12 working days to the rest of the world.

My item is damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. You must first send us a photo of the damaged item to the following address: afrogarden@outlook.fr and we will send you a new item.

I am not satisfied with my order, what happens?

You have 15 days to return your item, the item must be intact and stored in its original packaging. Once received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (see refund policy).
