The colorings are original creations from the Afro Garden brand. Together they constitute an original work protected by current intellectual property laws. The Intellectual Property Code considers in particular works of the mind, under the terms of 9° of art. L. 112-2, “photographic works and those produced using techniques analogous to photography”. The author alone has the right to disclose his work. Subject to the provisions of art. L. 132-24, it determines the disclosure process and sets the conditions thereof. (art. L. 121-2 of the ICC). Any representation or reproduction in whole or in part, made without the consent of the authors or its successors or assigns, is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any art or process (art. L. 122-4 of the CPI). This prohibition extends, without this list being exhaustive, to any editorial element appearing on the site: presentation of screens, texts, logos, photographs in particular. The person who reproduces a work without the authorization of the authors to make it available to the public commits an act of counterfeiting. Any edition of writings, musical compositions, drawings, or any other printed or engraved production in whole or in part, in disregard of the laws and regulations relating to the property of the authors, is an infringement; and any counterfeiting is an offense (art. Yes, we ship internationally!
There are 3 shipping methods:
- Mondial Relay (available for France and part of the EU). Besides, delivery is free in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (without minimum purchase).
- Colissimo for France and the DOM-TOMs
- Delivengo easy for the EU, Europe and the rest of the world (excluding France and DOM-TOM)
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours.
Concerning Colissimo, the delivery times are 2 to 4 working days. For Mondial Relay: 3 to 7 working days and Delivengo Easy, count 2 to 5 working days to Europe and 6 to 12 working days to the rest of the world.
